An EB-3 (Professional/Skilled Worker) Expert Opinion is designed to support cases where an independent expert assessment establishes that the offered position and the beneficiary’s qualifications are consistent with the requirements of the EB-3 classification. The expert reviews the position’s duties, educational and experience requirements, and the beneficiary’s academic and professional background to assess whether the beneficiary meets the qualifications for the offered professional or skilled worker position.
