Our Work Experience Evaluations assess an individual’s professional work experience and relevant training to determine whether the combination may be considered equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree for immigration purposes. These evaluations are commonly used in H-1B cases where a beneficiary seeks to establish the required degree equivalency through qualifying professional experience, particularly in the absence of an academic credential.

Our evaluations apply the “three-for-one” rule, under which three years of progressive, relevant work experience may be considered equivalent to one year of undergraduate education, when supported by appropriate documentation. Our qualified experts evaluate the nature, level, progression, relevance, and specialized training associated with the individual’s professional experience to determine the appropriate U.S. degree equivalency.
