The ‘Beneficiary Qualification with Course Mapping Analysis’ Expert Opinion is designed to establish that a beneficiary is academically qualified to perform the duties of a specialty occupation position. An independent expert reviews the coursework completed through formal academic programs in the United States or abroad and maps the relevant coursework to the specific knowledge areas required to competently perform the job duties of the offered position. This service is particularly valuable when the beneficiary’s degree title or field of study is not directly or completely aligned with the academic requirements of the position, but the coursework completed nevertheless provides the specialized knowledge and skills necessary to perform the position’s job duties.
