Our experts in Performing Arts, Music, Theater, Dance, Culinary Arts, and related cultural disciplines provide independent expert opinions evaluating culturally unique artistic and cultural programs and the roles of essential support personnel accompanying P-3 artists, entertainers, or cultural performers.
 
For culturally unique programs, our experts analyze the proposed performances, presentations, teaching, coaching, or other cultural activities and explain how they reflect a unique or traditional ethnic, folk, cultural, musical, theatrical, culinary, or artistic form. Drawing on their academic and professional expertise, they can address the cultural origins, distinctive characteristics, authenticity, and significance of the program, as well as how the proposed activities contribute to the understanding, appreciation, preservation, teaching, or development of the relevant art form or cultural tradition. For Culinary Arts, experts can evaluate traditional or culturally distinctive cuisines, culinary techniques, food preparation practices, presentations, and teaching activities, explaining their connection to a particular ethnic, regional, or cultural tradition and their contribution to the preservation or development of that tradition.
 
Our experts can also evaluate support personnel accompanying a P-3 artist, entertainer, or group. The opinion analyzes the individual’s specific duties, technical or specialized responsibilities, experience, and relationship to the artistic or cultural production, explaining why their role is essential to the successful performance or presentation of the culturally unique program.
