Carnegie Evaluations provides independent, field-specific expert opinions supporting EB-1C multinational manager and executive petitions. Our faculty experts evaluate the nature of the beneficiary’s positions with the foreign organization and the proposed U.S. position to provide a professional assessment of whether the respective roles are consistent with managerial or executive capacity.
 
The expert reviews the beneficiary’s actual duties and responsibilities, organizational structure, reporting relationships, scope of authority, personnel responsibilities, decision-making authority, and role in directing business operations. The analysis distinguishes substantive managerial or executive responsibilities from routine, operational, or lower-level functions and explains the significance of the beneficiary’s position within the overall organizational structure.
