Guide for Professors: Accessing Account and Assigned Evaluations

Click on ‘Set Password’ in the email. This will redirect you to the Carnegie portal where you can set up your new password.

Once you’ve set up your password, use the username provided in the invitation email, along with your password, to access the Carnegie Portal.

Professors will receive an email once an evaluation is about to be assigned in the new system. This email will notify them of the expected date.

Professors will receive an email once an evaluation is submitted to them for review on the Carnegie Portal.

Professors can access evaluations once assigned to them.
Click on the Request ID to see the evaluation details.

In the evaluation details professor will have two options ‘Approve’ and ‘Sent for Revision’ to approve evaluation or to send back for changes.

To send back the evaluation for any changes or feedback click on ‘Sent for Revision’ a popup will open to enter the notes or attach a document.
After entering notes click on ‘Submit’ then the evaluation will be sent back to Carnegie to review.

Click on ‘Approve’ to approve the evaluation document.
